Toor Dal - Grown through cow-based natural farming using only traditional inputs and manaviya shram (human effort), our Arhar Dal is free from all chemicals, pesticides, and artificial enhancers. The fields are enriched with cow dung and cow urine–based formulations, filled with pran urja (life energy), and cultivated in a way that supports both bulls and cows, preserving India’s age-old farming heritage.
The processing follows a time-honoured artisanal method:
1. Roasted first to enhance aroma, improve digestibility, and activate natural enzymes.
2. Hand chakki–ground to preserve nutrition and authentic flavour.
3. Soaked overnight to soften and unlock nutrients.
4. Dried naturally under the sun.
5. Ground again for the perfect texture.
