Cultivated through cow-based natural farming with only traditional inputs and manaviya shram (human effort), our Masur Dal is completely free from chemicals, pesticides, and synthetic enhancers. The soil is nourished with cow dung and cow urine–based formulations, filled with pran urja (life energy), and cultivated in a way that supports both bulls and cows, keeping alive India’s time-tested farming traditions.
Our Masur Dal goes through a time-honoured preparation process to enhance both flavour and nutrition:
