- How to Prepare Kapha Tea
- Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 tsp Kapha tea blend (or use the individual herbs/spices in small amounts) ,1 tsp honey (optional, but add only after cooling slightly)
- Method: Boil water and add all the herbs/spices. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm. Add honey if desired (never add honey to boiling tea as it creates toxins).
